A continuation of the yoga for tennis players workshop. This course will teach classical yoga techniques for improving overall balance, awareness, and focus as well as tools for maintaining healthy ankles, knees, low back, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
yoga for golfers
A continuation of the yoga for golfers workshop. Playing golf is an athletic activity, whether you’re a social golfer or a pro, and an appropriately conditioned body will allow you to play more effectively and comfortably. This course will introduce practical breathing techniques and poses to improve function and ease in golf’s most troublesome areas: shoulders, low back, and neck.
yoga for office workers
A continuation of the yoga for office workers workshop. This course will review the poses introduced in the original workshop in brief, 30 minute sessions in order to support their integration into daily life. We are what we habitually do.
